VDRG 6 - Rosario Autopsort - Club Circuit; Racing drivers school & Karting. Whilst there is currently no planning permission, the previous mayor expressed a stong interest in it. It was was felt that it could be financed by selling the 10 boxes (to Formula 1 specification with hospitality suites above) to Russian/Chinese investors seeking an EU passport the benefits being used to construct a 3.5 km motorsport circuit. note these hospitaly suites could be uses as their European offices.
VDRG 7 – Logistic Centre / Racing Team factory (F1). This is adjacent to an motorway junction. Planning permission was sought for industrial use but we felt that as it was opposite to the proposed golf course it could be detrimental. The present mayor would welcome a Formula 1 team premises here. Rich Energy were unsuccessful in their attempt in taking over Force India in 2018 have said that they would enter Formula 1 at a later date. They would need junior teams such as Formula 4; GP3 and GP2 and this would be an ideal site with test circuits at Jerez and Ascari, even Guadix https://goo.gl/bRUFiL. William Storey video
